While great care is taken by the manufacturers and myself to inspect all orders there may be occasions where printing faults have been missed. Please, feel free to contact me via Messenger or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss a replacement or refund if faults are found. For your items to be considered for a refund they must be returned at your cost in new, unused and unwashed condition.
Once I have received and inspected your item I will send you an email to notify you of whether the refund has been accepted or not. If accepted I will refund the item price excluding original postage and reimburse your return postage. Proof of your return postage costs will be required.
Refunds due to change of mind are not accepted. Please select designs and fabric bases carefully.
Unfortunately sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Any flaws, colour bleed lines, printing faults or small holes within 5cm of selvedge is acceptable and no refunds will be accepted on these items. Your fabric will be cut continuously where possible. However, due to the way the manufacturers print and pack the fabric there is no guarantee. Please remember that colours may vary between fabric bases and also between computer or device screens.
Pre orders can take up to 10 weeks to process especially due to the current global crisis.
10% variance of GSM is acceptable. If you cancel your order after the pre order closes you will incur a cancellation fee of 50% and your postage will be reimbursed. If you cancel your order during the open pre order period you will incur an administration fee of 15% and your postage will be reimbursed.
